This week’s topic over at That Artsy Reader Girl is books I meant to read in 2018 but never did. My actual list (and not just the one on GoodReads) contains waaayyy more than 10 books (but only 10 here for sanity’s sake!) and many books that were published much earlier too. This set here was on my Pinterest TBR and I added them to my GoodReads one now.
I somehow never got to many of them, sound familiar? Too many books, too little time syndrome. I know you are nodding your head in agreement 🙂
Any thoughts on any of these? I would welcome your comments on any that need to be at the very top or don’t need to be there.
The Geography of Lost Things by Jessica Brody
The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion
The Paper Magician by Charlie N. Holmberg
The Accidental Creative: How to Be Brilliant at a Moment’s Notice by Todd Henry
Through the Window: Seventeen Essays and a Short Story by Julian Barnes
The Book of Lost Things by John Connolly
The Persecution of Mildred Dunlap by Paulette Mahurin
Storybound by Marissa Burt
Good Prose: The Art of Nonfiction by Tracy Kidder
The Secret of the Nightingale Palace by Dana Sachs

not familiar with most of these books but there are some that look so interesting!!! Hope you get around to reading them this year. Happy reading!
yes, i hope so.. thank you
I am so impressed that you only have 10 books on your 2018 list that you never got around to reading. i had 218 on my list and missed 69 of them. I need to find more time!
Roy, I only put 10 on this list 🙂 there are way too many remaining.. actually your miss rate is way better than mine, you did do a lot of reading last year – impressive. and time – that is so elusive..
I really liked The Rosie Project. Hope you do, too.
This is my Top Ten Tuesday post.
thank you Lydia.. hope i read it sooner than later.. 🙂
My list could have easily been WAY longer than 10 books too. So many books to read!!
🙂 too many….
