You probably know the names of the dwarfs from Snow White. If you don’t, no worries; here they are – Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, and Sneezy. And then, there was Lazy! Oh what, you say? That was not one of the dwarfs at all; you don’t see that name up there in that list at all?! Well, got me.. that (Lazy) is me…. – all me..

I have been, to be honest, just plain lazy (At least about blogging) for the past few weeks. The last time I posted here, I bid adieu to my bookish summer.

However, I did backpack, for the first time ever, in Yosemite, over the Labor Day long weekend. Almost 20 miles over those 3 days in beautiful, majestic Yosemite and I totally enjoyed it.

While I think I am still nursing a strained trapezia – neck muscle – because of the after-effects of that trip almost three weeks later, it was still worth it. The challenge, the beauty, the majesty, the sheer joy of being where I was – all of it made it so.

I will be returning more regularly back to my blog starting with this post. With book reviews and other book related, writing related posts. In the meantime, enjoy some glimpses of my look at Yosemite.

Once again, this post that should have appeared on a Sunday crawled, snoozed its way to Monday.. but I am leaving the title as is – my Sunday Scribblings… 🙂
