Saturday Snapshot is a meme hosted by Alyce at At Home with Books. All
you have to do is “post a photo that you (or a friend or
family member) have taken and then leave a direct link
to your post in the Mr. Linky on [her] blog. Photos can
be old or new, and be of anything as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give is up to you.” All she asks is that you don’t just post random photos that you find online.
Six Word Saturday –Six Word Saturday
sponsored by Show My Face. It’s
quite simple–all you need to do is describe your life in six words. Really, the week is over already!
This week (like most weeks) flew by before I knew it and now am looking forward to another like the one that just passed by 🙂
What a great sandcastle. I always think it's a bit sad that the builders/ kids have had to desert a sandcastle. I know how much work they are.
I love it! What a fun discovery. It looks like they spent hours on it.
What a neat sand sculpture!
Louise, Marie, Alyce – this was really a fun discovery for all of us – the kids were amazed at the sand pyramid and my son hoped that he could build such a sculpture when he grew older (he is 8 now).
The week is over and a new one begun already! Mondays keep happening… Thanks for playing 6WS!
How big was that sand sculpture? Very nice. The sculptor loves history.
@Call Me Cateyes..it is Monday! thanks for hosting this – love 6WS
What a beautifully detailed sandcastle! I love how they carved out all the steps.
@edgar calveloThanks for visiting. Now that you ask me, I do not recall exactly – maybe about a foot and a half high? And yes, that is what I thought too, a history buff built it..
@Trishthanks Trish… attention to detail in that sand castle..I loved that too.
