For Book Beginnings at Rose City Reader and Friday 56 at Freda’s Voice ,
here is a book I used for these two memes earlier as well but had never got around to finishing the book (mostly due to time constraints at that time). And today, with all the posts floating around via social media about President Obama’s Book Picks, I noticed this book and remembered that I had never gotten around to finishing it. So, picking it up again, and will be reading it over the weekend as hundreds of thousands will be joining the Women’s March on Washington

For Orange You Glad it’s Friday
This is of a rose from our garden (taken earlier) and that is definitely one of my favorite pastimes – photographing right in our backyard – there is so much to explore right there
For Friday Skywatch
This photo was taken as we drove out of Grand Canyon National Park during our road trip recently (Dec 2016).

That looks like an interesting book, I find it sad how America is so racially torn, honestly it seems to have gotten worse rather than better. I remember more acceptance and tolerance of each other in the '70s than I see today. š
You've left me very curious for more! Happy weekend!
