A Tree Grows in Brooklyn: I have hazy memories of this book. I recall reading a book I loved a lot as a teen but do not remember the name; it’s the story that brings back vague recollections. I plan to re-read it to jerk my memory back in place.

Unpopular opinion: I have never liked Love You Forever. When I first had my son, others moms swore I would love it and I really can’t stand it. lol But I love A Tree Grows in Brooklyn and Little Women, FWIW! Great post – thanks for sharing.
A Tree Grows in Brooklyn is my absolute favourite book. I loved that story so much.
Great ideas!
Awe they all look so good.
What great books and so many brought back memories! I need to find get “You Made Me a Mother” for my great granddaughter to give my granddaughter!
I remember reading these books (most of them) to my kids. But, I would not associate them with Mother’s day!
They all look great. I have loved Little Women since I was pre-teen.
I love some of these books!
